It's official: quadrigas look like they're powered by a freakish horse-catepillar mutant...at least when they're drawn by the ancient Greeks and painted by yours truly. I guess that's why the Greeks were such fans of bronze sculpture! At least I'm not the only one troubles by the four-horse perspective.

Maybe I'm just coming at it from the wrong angle. Oh well, it was the only one that worked with the rest of my idea. Perhaps...if I add flames....hmm...

discoveries

i've made a shocking discovery: my ibook monitor is much brighter and yellower than any other monitor. the above is actually white on the screen on which it was white-balanced. ok, maybe not bright white but very light grey. this explains a lot! ah HA!
